Here is a link to one of my videos done at Lake Smith where I am praying to God over myself and over my audience. It’s about how God is in control over our lives and makes good things happen despite the adversity or tragedy we face. All things work together for good for those that love God and are called according to His plans and purposes (Romans 8:28; my own paraphrase.)
This video also talks about kintsugi, the Japanese art form where broken pieces of pottery are glued together and gold is applied to the broken, connecting points, making the pottery piece more beautiful then it was originally, but also more durable and resilient. God does that with our lives.
When I released the video on June 28, 2020, the words below are what I shared. These words will still apply today (I am posting this on September 19, 2022, but publishing back to the date I made the video.)
Desciption: In this video I say a prayer and make some declarations over myself and you all. I’m at my favorite God spot at Lake Smith. I do believe this is the year God wants us to rise up and overcome by our testimony. By the words of our mouth we can declare and decree a thing, and loose and bind up a thing. We can speak out those things God directs us to speak and watch Him perform His word! Amen!
Dear God it’s me! Thank you for raising my faith higher. Thank you for healing and delivering me; changing my mindset. I lay down my will and trade it for your will because your plan is better than mine. Thank you that you are a Restorer. You heal and restore our broken lives and make even more beautiful, much stronger things out of the broken pieces! I speak blessings, healings, overflow, and grace upon everyone here in the name of Jesus. Amen.
