Getting My Art Published…

My friend Corinna Craft just published a book and a manual on the individual and corporate benefits of speaking in tongues. She included some of my artwork.  I’m excited about it, and excited for her. She worked so hard on this book and showed such excellence and perfectionism. My “Overflow” painting is included along with some of my other artwork.

She taught classes and workshops on much of the content at my church, and we participated in various exercises to help expand the gift of tongues in our life which has been instrumental.

I highly recommend the book. What a spiritual weapon speaking in tongues is!! The book and workbook will really equipt you to exercise the gifts of tongues to effectively wage war against the demonic realm interfering in your life, your city, and your nation and help you pray effectively to receive all that God has for you to walk in.

Here is the link to the book on Amazon:

Celebrating Tongues and Interpretation, Our Heirloom from the Bridegroom: A Bible Study for Home, Church, and the World. By Corinna Craft.

Celebrating Tongues and Interpretation, Our Heirloom from the Bridegroom: Practice Manual.

My art (9 pieces) and related prophetic words are actually found in the practice manual, although there is a picture of me singing in tongues with others in the main bible study book.

Here is where you can find her wordpress site and some free excerpts from the book.

Celebrating Tongues and Interpretation

This is the 3rd time my art has been published! One of these days I will produce my own publication!

Here are my other publications:

The Holy Spirit in the New Testament by Marcie Shepard.

Marcie Shepard is the author. I am one of 84 contributing artists. I have 7 pieces of artwork featured in the book. The Holy Spirit in the New Testament is a 9 x 12 inch hard cover coffee table book featuring 269 illustrated Bible scriptures illuminating the nature, purpose and activity of the Holy Spirit in the Church Age. 84 artists, digital artists and photographers from all over the United States, Canada and Europe combine their extraordinary talents and diversity in this inspired collection of more than 600 original paintings and images honoring the Holy Spirit in His participation in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus, the Gospel Message, the beginning of the Church, and God’s plan for the salvation of Jews and Gentiles. The Holy Spirit in the New Testament is a celebration of the Holy Spirit in Art and Scripture and is the first in a series of books by the Marcie Shepard created to honor the Word of God through the inspired Art of those who serve Him.

Horizons: The Magazine for Presbyterian Women, November 1, 2012.

I had my art titled, “The Overcoming Worshipper” featured in the November/December 2012 issue of Horizons magazine. It was featured in the middle insert for the “Celebrate the Gifts of Women” article and for a corresponding event brochure which occurred March 2013. The article and event encouraged women to use their gifts to lead transformation in their churches.

The link to the original magazine web page is outdated but you can find my art here.

God-lover, artist, writer, art therapist, dreamer, minister. I see life as an adventure of overcoming and bringing light to dark places. I have overcome extensive trauma and sexual abuse and now I share my testimony and teach/preach what God has to say about the recovery process through both logos and rhema words. I love nature, dancing, worship, and all creative expressions. I have a heart to see families restored, curses reversed, and generational blessings released.
